FEATURED PROJECT – RESTORATION

75 ERIEVIEW PLAZA, Cleveland Ohio

This 80,000+ square foot precast concrete office building built in 1968 needed a face lift. The concrete façade was showing signs of minor deterioration. Steel reinforcement had corroded and spalled the precast window panels. The caulk joints were beyond their serviceable life and permitted moisture to enter the structure.

WR Restoration and Lou Ritenour Decorators teamed up to provide a single source solution for the owners. IRG, who manages the facility for the owners selected our Team to facilitate the repairs. An initial building survey was completed quantifying the needed façade repairs. The scope of work included concrete surface repairs, removal or repair to concrete reinforcement, remove and replacement of precast concrete panel joints, pressure washing the surfaces in preparation of the application of two coats of Sherwin Williams Conflex Hi-Build Coating.
