Interiors of buildings that have outlived their usefulness need to have either their complete interiors or partial elements removed. We selectively remove items in a way that does not damage the surrounding components of the building that are scheduled to remain. In many instances, the current business must continue to operate so we work after hours or in a manner that does not disrupt the day to day business. We remove:
- Ceilings
- Walls
- Doors
- Electrical and mechanicals
- Structural mezzanines
- Bearing walls as required
- We have expertise in shoring and removing masonry walls in preparation for new structure
