We covered and protected the machinery in an 85,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Due to the critical nature of the machinery, all of the machinery was shrink wrapped prior to cleaning and painting. We degreased and chemically cleaned ceiling structure and columns then primed all unpainted metal and applied two coats of two-component urethane to all surfaces. Finally, we removed and recycled all shrink wrap. This job had very strict time parameters. Ritenour worked 24 hour days during Christmas shut down to avoid any unplanned down time for the plant.
