This project involved the complete renovation of an old hotel in serious disrepair into a completely new, up-to-date and renovated facility. This project was large in scope and was under some very strict time constraint to reduce down time to the hotel to a minimum. Lou Ritneour Decorators installed all flooring (carpet and tile); added and replaced hundreds of walls (hanging and taping drywall); interior paint; installed tile in bathrooms; and did the pool renovation and tile.
